Access to digital courses, memberships, licences, programmes, bundles and learning materials is provided through the learning platform designated by Lisa Mills Online for the relevant product or service.
Where a product is described as including a specified access period (for example, "12 months access", "12-month access", "1 year access" or "1-year access"), access is granted for use of that product through the platform designated by Lisa Mills Online for that product.
The stated access period does not guarantee that any particular course, product, membership, licence, programme, bundle, lesson, feature, platform or service will remain available for that entire period. Access remains subject to the continued availability, operation and support of the relevant product, platform and associated technologies and may cease where a product, platform or service is retired, discontinued, replaced, consolidated, restructured, migrated or otherwise withdrawn.
Where a product is described as including "lifetime access", "ongoing access", "unlimited access" or similar wording, access is provided for as long as the relevant course, product, membership, licence, programme, bundle or service remains hosted and supported by Lisa Mills Online.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that any particular course, product, membership, licence, programme, bundle, lesson, feature, platform or service will remain available indefinitely. Access remains subject to the continued availability, operation and support of the relevant product, platform and associated technologies and may cease where a product, platform or service is retired, discontinued, replaced, consolidated, restructured, migrated or otherwise withdrawn.
Access is dependent upon the continued availability, operation and support of the relevant learning platform, product and associated technologies.
Lisa Mills Online may operate multiple learning platforms simultaneously and may choose to host different products, memberships, licences, programmes, bundles, corporate services, education services, school licences or customer groups on different platforms.
The continued use of a learning platform for certain products, memberships, licences, programmes, bundles, corporate services, education services, school licences or customer groups does not create an entitlement for any other product, service or customer group to remain hosted on that platform.
A customer's purchase of a standalone course does not create an entitlement to access the same or similar content through a membership, bundle, licence, corporate programme, education programme or future product.
Lisa Mills Online may update, replace, migrate, transfer, consolidate, modify, retire, discontinue or cease offering learning platforms, courses, lessons, products, memberships, licences, programmes, bundles, applications, features, services or content at any time.
Where a platform, product, membership, licence, programme, bundle or service is retired, discontinued, withdrawn or no longer supported, access to content provided through that platform, product, membership, licence, programme, bundle or service may cease.
Lisa Mills Online is not obligated to provide free transfers, migrations, replacement access, alternative access, equivalent access, substitute products or access to any future platform, product or service unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Any migration offers, goodwill access, replacement access, discounts, transfers, platform transition arrangements or similar accommodations provided by Lisa Mills Online are offered at the sole discretion of Lisa Mills Online and do not create an ongoing entitlement to future migrations, transfers, replacements, platform changes, alternative access arrangements or future offers.
Course content, lesson structure, learning materials, delivery methods, technology platforms, applications, features, functionality, user interfaces, login methods, hosting providers and technology providers may change from time to time as part of normal business operations.
Changes to learning platforms, products, delivery methods, login methods, applications, features, functionality, hosting providers, technology providers or user interfaces do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, compensation or damages.
Nothing in this policy guarantees that any product, course, membership, licence, programme, bundle, platform, lesson, feature or service will remain available indefinitely.
